Cover Grids
In the past, I’ve talked about using a grid to design your cover. (Search on “grid” at this website and you’ll see several references.) Here’s a link to a transparent GIF (I actually use it in PSD layers) to check your book cover layout: http://eibhlin.com/writing/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/EibhlinsGrid.gif It’s pre-sized for current Kindle cover recommendations (1563 pixels wide x 2500 pixels tall). Note: That’s a temporary link. Snag a copy now while it’s available.
